Role Location: Alexandria / Burwood Inner West Sydney NSW

As a Business Banking Manager, you will grow revenue, deposits and share of wallet through origination of new small business customers to ANZ, business development, and the relationship management and retention of a set of ANZ small business customers.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Understanding of Small Business markets and Small Business lending and credit analysis experience
• Business prospecting, closing, and Relationship Management skills
• Extraordinary customer service skills and the mindset to put the customer first
• Strong management and negotiation capability
• High level of computer literacy and expertise in the MS Suite
