My client is a Financial Advice specialist provider across Australia and New Zealand. An opportunity has become available for an Adviser/Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. Circular Quay location.
The Role:
- On-boarding Financial Advisers. case managing 10-12 applications simultaneously, each with different circumstances and requirements
- Explain, guide and instruct Financial Advisers on the onboarding process, tailoring advice to each case
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with Advisers and Business Partners
- Apply project management and case management principles to deliver end-to-end onboarding, planning, execution, case management and quality assurance
- Meet agreed onboarding service level requirements
The Person
- Complex case management experience
- Financial services background preferably within an advisory role
- Process driven
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to project manage multiple cases ensuring timeframes are achieved
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent communicator both written & verbal
- Excels in a busy, autonomous environment
- Degree in relevant field (desirable)
The Team- The current team has 8 Adviser On-boarding Consultants and a Manager. Full extensive training is provided to ensure you understand all areas of your role and that you are able to plan and execute each of the cases within agreed timeframes. Excellent support network in place for you to lean on if required and continued guidance as you grow in your role.
