Phillip Riley are interested in speaking with Asset or Investment Managers, experienced in managing Renewable Energy projects throughout development, financial close, construction and operations.

Our client is international investment firm who have a portfolio of PPP and renewable energy assets through differing stages of the project lifecycle. Due to a number of projects coming into construction and operations they are wanting to expand their investment team with an experienced renewable energy professional to assist with the management of current investments and the development/origination of new opportunities.

You will take an active role in the management of renewable energy assets to ensure investment returns are achieved by providing financial and commercial analysis/advice. A technical understanding of energy projects will be essential in order to represent the company in contractual negotiations through the bidding stage to divestment. As well as previous experience in a similar role providing input into project review papers and preparing investment reports to obtain approvals from investment committees.

To be considered for this unique role in renewable energy you must possess the following:

• Considerable experience in the Renewable Energy industry, with involvement in Utility scale Wind, Solar, Bio Energy (ChP) and other projects;
• Experience in financial or management accounting, reporting, planning, budgeting and analysis, with an understanding of financial models;
• Demonstrable experience with leading Renewable Energy Transactions, with sound negotiation and influencing skills and financial and commercial acumen;
• Demonstrable experience with leading Renewable Energy Transactions, with sound negotiation and influencing skills and financial and commercial acumen;
• Degree qualifications in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering or Business)
