The role
As a Home Finance Manager, you play a key role in Westpac's strategic ambition of earning all our customers' business. You’ll be driven by innovation and:

• Accountability for building relationships and delivering superior service through your knowledge of mortgage products and services
  
• Selling Westpac’s financial products and providing professional financial advice by meeting with customers and deepening customer relationships through quality needs based conversations, exploring customers financial needs and goals
  
• Understanding the local consumer market (at every available opportunity, talk to local referral partners, and understand their customer base.  Build business acumen and provide advice based on individual customer needs identified and met)
  

 The person

• Proven lending experience and passion for sales delivery
  
• Effective relationship management skills
  
• Business and financial acumen are considered an advantage
