This well-established Real Estate Investment Manager has an impressive track record of mandates across senior debt, mezzanine and equity investment. Due to the continued expansion of their investment portfolio, a new Investment Analyst is sought to join the integral Portfolio Management team.
A highly visible position, the Investment Analyst will work alongside Portfolio Managers and the Capital and Investment teams to provide critical financial modelling and analysis activities. Managing a suite of fund level models and other performance measurement tools, the Analyst will provide periodic and adhoc investment and cashflow forecasts in addition to specific scenario analysis and fund statistics for internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have approximately 2-5 years’ experience across financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, project financing or investment consulting coupled with a strong academic profile.
