We are seeking the expertise of a Senior Manager Compliance Monitoring, to join our Retail Banking Services, Compliance team.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Compliance Assurance, your role is responsible for developing and implementing consistent independent assurance methodology for Retail Banking Services (RBS). This will include maintaining compliance testing and monitoring programs, completing control reviews and deep dives, as well as preparing reports on outcomes and impacts of assurance activities.
Your role is key in RBS’s implementation of an effective compliance risk management frameworks and in the leadership of the Compliance team.
Your responsibilities will include
- Assist in developing and executing a seamless and effective testing and monitoring process in line with the Group’s Compliance Monitoring guidance
- Maintain detailed understanding of RBS’s business and risk profile and advise on areas of monitoring and testing
- Conduct testing and monitoring activities in line with the Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Maintain and improve the compliance monitoring and reporting program and methodology
