Adpen is currently in a rapid growth phase is looking for a key team member to join our Project Sales division that is proficient with investment strategy to skilfully complete the conversion of warm inbound leads.
About The Role
You will be joining a team with extensive and diverse experience in property and investment that will provide great support to you in your role of Investment Strategist.
The role is a diagnostic sales role where you will draw upon your experience in customer service, finance and mortgage brokering you will be able to capitalise on each opportunity through innovative strategy and selling across our product range.
The key to your success will be your ability to:

Masterfully promote and sell by tailoring a great solution through product knowledge and understanding of clients needs and wants.

Demonstrate hunger for the sale and capitalise on every opportunity. Tenacious and driven in your approach you will get out what you put in.
About You
We are looking for a team member that is self motivated, persuasive and results focussed individual that can consistently convert inbound inquiries via web, phone, and face to face activity.
This role is not for the traditional sales person the successful candidate will have had experience in financial services, mortgage brokering and project property sales.
Ideally you will possess the following skills:

Strong and proficient communicator, you have the ability to build quick and meaningful rapport;

Adept at using systems, computers and CRM systems;

A problem solver with the ability to find solutions your customers didn't even know existed;

Possess a passion and understanding of property, finance, investment and wealth creation; and
-
The ability to meet multiple KPI's and sales budgets.

RG 146 compliance will be a great asset to possess for this role.
About The Offer
Based in one of Brisbane's best suburbs Teneriffe, our office is part of a vibrant atmosphere surrounded by amazing amenities such as cafes, gyms, public transport, parks and the Brisbane River.
We are after a full-time Investment Strategist that will be remunerated with a base salary plus a lucrative commission structure that could see you earning up to $150K OTE.
You will be able to work a variety of hours inducing some weekend work. Due to the exciting growth phase of our company there is plenty of opportunity for personal and professional development for the right team member.
