Our Servicing Planner role will offer you a great foundation in your professional development, gaining lifelong knowledge from a broad network of highly trained advisers who you will be supporting within the business.
This role will see you engaging politely and professionally with clients over the phone, who have been referred to our financial planning business through our branch network. Your strong engagement skills and open, effective questioning techniques will enable you to build good rapport with our customers and discover more about their financial circumstances and life goals. This will help you to identify if a meeting with one of our Financial Planners may be beneficial in assisting these clients to realise their personal dreams and goals.
Your Manager will ensure you receive the training and ongoing professional development and regularly review your progress so that you may seek to explore career growth opportunities in Wealth Management Advice, or group wide.
In order to apply for this position, the requirements below are mandatory:
- Degree in Finance, Business, Commerce or a related discipline from a recognised Australian tertiary institution or international equivalent AND;
- Diploma of Financial Services, Financial Planning giving you RG146 Compliance in the following: (Generic Knowledge, Securities, Managed Investments, Life Insurance, Superannuation, Financial Planning and Skills) is essential.
- Previous work experience in a banking or financial planning business is preferred
