Key Responsibilities

• Advise on the types of financial services the company provides to potential clients.
• Interview clients to determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, financial objectives, risk tolerance, and other information needed to develop a financial plan.
• Educate clients and advise about investment options and potential risks, and taxation implications.
• Recommend investments to clients or select investments on their behalf. 
• Develop financial plans for clients based on their specific needs and requirements.
• Advise clients in the gathering of information such as bank account records, income tax returns, life and disability insurance records, pension plan information, and wills.
• Implement financial planning recommendations relating to insurance and real estate. 
• Monitor financial market trends to ensure that plans are effective, and to identify any necessary updates. 
• Monitor clients’ accounts and determine if changes are needed to improve account performance or to accommodate life changes such as a pension plan.  

·       Provide advice to clients on the purchase and sale of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and market-related investments. 

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in a similar role.
• Graduate from Bachelor of Commerce/Business with Finance major.
• Strong knowledge in deriving feasibility studies and familiar with financial projects.
• Research background and competent in recommending financial/investment plans. 
• A customer focus and strong business acumen.
• Multilingual skills will be highly considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software packages including Bloomberg.
