Due to an exciting stage of growth this leading finance company requires additional Loan Assessors for their friendly team. This is a full-time role where you will be required to work a rotating shift roster between 7am and 7pm.

The Loan Assessors primary role requires taking responsibility and ownership of assessing and analysing unsecured personal loan applications online and via phone. 
  
Key Accountabilities:

• Review and assess loan applications for submission
• Ensure assessment and approval is in line with current legislation and company  policy
• Review of documentation ensuring accurate and genuine information has been provided in line with guidelines
• Process online and phone applications

To be considered for this position applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Possess a good eye for detail with the ability to focus on specific information, identify issues and errors
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Prior experience working within Banking/Finance is required
