Garnaut Private Wealth Pty Ltd is a leading independent boutique financial services firm providing holistic advice and solutions to true high net worth individuals and their associated entities.
We are seeking a driven individual looking to be an outstanding client relationship manager working beside our Melbourne based Partners and Private Wealth Managers.
As a Client Services Manager, you will be tasked with providing assistance and support to an experienced Wealth Managers. You will have a high attention to detail and the ability to see all facets of the financial planning process.
Key responsibilities include:
• Timely creation of client portfolio reviews
• Investments administration (including asset allocation and application of model portfolios) - providing quality high level administration support to GPW partner and clients
• Liaison with Fund Managers, Life Companies and Superannuation Providers
• Assisting in the preparation of advice documents;
• Development of Strategic Financial Plans and Statements of Advice
• Construction of superannuation, pension, investment and risk strategies for our high net worth client base;
• Contribute to the organisation's overall financial advice process
• Database management
The successful candidate will gain a broad exposure to the financial services industry within a highly respected firm.
Requirements:
• Ideally be RG146 compliant or willing to fast track study
• Strong MS office skills
• Proven academic background Tertiary qualification
• Preferably experienced in using XPlan software
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Possess excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Possess superior time management and organisational skills
• Work effectively on a number of tasks simultaneously
• High levels of initiative, motivation and a can do attitude
A salary based on skills and experience will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
