We are currently looking for a professional and experienced Contact Centre Officer to work at Head Office on a Permanent Full-Time basis. You will be required to work 5 days per week from Monday through to Saturday, 7.5 hours per day which can be from 8am to 8pm depending on shifts.

About the role:

Contact Centre Officers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone to our members on our products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately identify members’ needs and ensure they are made aware of the products and services which meet them
  • Maintain a high level of product and procedural knowledge to ensure accuracy of information to members
  • Ensure all member enquiries relating to their accounts are answered promptly
  • Ensure effective liaison with other service centres and departments on behalf of members with account enquiries
  • Follow the formal procedures of Police Bank in all transaction services
  • Implement continuous improvement processes within the role accountabilities.

About you:

If you are customer focused, innovative and possess confident data entry skills then we’d like to hear from you! Ideally, you will have previous call centre experience within a Financial Services organisation, some knowledge of financial products and an ability to communicate at all levels.
