Role 

As part of a team of Property Accountants and Analysts, you will be responsible for providing high quality support and service to all customers to enable optimal business decision making.

There is a high expectation for the provision of quality management reports which will enable effective decision making, including monthly reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, commentaries, budgeting and forecasting.

Person

You will be a customer-focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously. You will likely be part or fully CA/ CPA qualified with Property Accounting or Asset level Management Accounting experience from the owners or agency side.
