This highly recognised and respected Western Australian practice are seeking a skilled Accountant to specialise in SMSF and Tax. The Role
You will have extensive knowledge and understanding of key legislation and regulations, which you will be able to apply to the following;
- Prepare and complete tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts and companies
- Prepare and complete financial reports, statements and annual returns
- Liaison with both internal and external stakeholders including the ATO
- Seek continuous improvement of internal controls to enable the delivery of an efficient and stream-lined services
Your Profile
You will be a technically strong Accountant who is CA/CPA qualified, or close to finishing!
A minimum of 5 year practice experience is essential as you will understand the importance of strong customer relationships within this industry.
You will be eager to work in a highly collaborative office, but also confident working autonomously at times.
It goes without saying that communication skills will be of a very high standard both written and verbal, as well as your ability to plan, organise and prioritise. Recent exposure to MYOB system exposure is essential.
