Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Business Analyst to help ensure smooth transition on payroll systems.
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced SAP Payroll professional with demonstrable experience of having managed a large payroll transition.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Act as a central contact for the team, alerting and working with other teams and departments to ensure a smooth payroll transition
• Acts as a subject matter expert internally and externally
• Responsible for facilitating process creation, requirements gathering, improvement initiatives and other system changes
• Ensures the standardization of processes in accordance with best practices
• Participate in testing and manage communication with all parties for a smooth transition
• Works closely all stakeholders and share regular updates and reports
The successful candidate should have:
• 5+ years’ experience as a Payroll Business Analyst
• 3+ years’ experience in SAP Payroll
• Demonstrated ability to map out processes, identify, and lead process improvement initiatives
• Proficient in MS Office (intermediate-level or above Excel skills are required).
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Exceptional attention to detail, advanced organization and time management skills
• Flexibility with the desire to meet challenges in a growth environment
• Previous experience in shared services or offshoring environment is preferred
