The Company
Based in a fantastic CBD location, this Accounts Officer role offers true variety. Working with and supporting the finance team the position covers accounts payable, payroll and adhoc finance duties.
The Role
Being part of a supportive and collaborative finance team this temporary to permanent Accounts Officer role will require a true “roll-up-the-sleeves” attitude. Your varied duties will include:
• Accounts payable support
• Supplier reconciliations
• Supplier query resolution
• Supplier invoice processing
• Accounts payable administration
• Payroll administration
• Long service leave and leave accruals/balance
• Superannuation processing
• Assistance with month-end
Your Profile
To be successful in this role you will be required to have an ability to multitask and pick up new duties quickly.
Proven experience within a finance team and a confident level of Excel are also essential for this position.
