2XM Finance is currently partnering with a 40 staffed accounting firm in the heart of Melbourne CBD. This client is growing fast, and growth brings career opportunities for a bubbly, driven and organised Personal Assistant/Corporate Secretary to join this thriving team.

Working as a Personal Assistant at this level you will be able to showcase all of your skills, knowledge, and experience developed, whilst working as a Corporate Secretary, as well as your more detailed and refined PA capabilities. These will include confidence and discretion when liaising with high profile clients, the ability to make informed decisions on how to handle complex matters when working autonomously and the desire to be an outstanding representative of your Partners and team members always.

This opportunity will allow you to join a supportive and highly regarded team of experts who will empower you to gain a wide range of exposure.

Responsibilities…

  • Report formatting and typing - must be advanced on Word)
  • Planning and setting up meetings, agendas and action points
  • Expense claims and timesheets
  • Organising team events and social functions
  • Booking travel i.e. domestic flights/accommodation
  • Screening emails & Database management
  • Finalizing and packaging documents to send to clients
  • Providing general administrative support for the Partners and the wider team


About you…

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be enthusiastic and have strong organisational skills. Having worked in a Personal Assistant role prior (ideally within the accounting/finance industry). You will be organised, self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task. Communication skills are also key as you will be dealing with high profile clients on a daily basis.
