An amazing opportunity to join a growing Australian grown company in Mascot as a Part-Time Senior Payroll Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for full function payroll for Australian states
• Review and streamline the payroll and admin processes to identify areas for potential improvement for best business practices
• Handle queries and escalations related to payroll
• Prepare reconciliation of payroll balance sheet accounts
• Prepare month end and year end financial reports, as well as ad hoc reports as requested

Key Requirements:

• A seasoned payroll professional with sound experience in all areas of the payroll function
• Excellent knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
• HR3 system experience preferred but not required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organised and able to deal with manual processes
• System implementation experience
