Join a growing and fast paced private business with a dynamic leadership team. The role as Financial Controller is newly created due to the growth of the business.

You will report to the Managing Director and Advisory Board and lead a team of 5. You will be tasked with implementing financial controls and governance, reviewing and implementing new processes and procedures whilst coaching and mentoring the team. You will need to be strategic and "hands on".

Responsibilities include:

Prepare the Management and Financial reporting
Accountable for the companies tax and working closely with the external Audit Firm.
Implementation of financial controls
Financial modeling
Business analysis (assessing new markets and projects)
Cashflow and debtors reporting
Business process improvement
Partnering with Banks and Suppliers
FBT reporting and lodgment
BAS reporting

Skill & Requirements:

CA/CPA qualified
8-10 years commercial accounting expereince
3 + years Tax experience
Ideally 2 years audit/advisory experience
Strong financial controls and reporting experience

You must hold the right to work in Australia, in order to apply for this role.
