A national award winning Hunter Valley Chartered Accountant practice specialising in small business is looking to employ BOTH an undergraduate and graduate accountant. Suitable for full time or part time employees.
To be successful in obtaining this position, you will need to:
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Be able to think analytically and critically
- Have strong organisational skills
- Have a friendly personality that thrives working in a team and independently
- Show strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be extremely competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Be enthusiastic and receptive to ongoing feedback and mentoring
- Be able to provide relevant references
Preference would be given:
- Experience in completing year-end Financial Statements, Business Tax Returns and the preparation of client BAS'
- Experience in a range of accounting programs (MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks etc)
