An experienced Payroll Officer is required to work a 5 day fortnight within an established and progressive organisation in Berwick. Working within a supportive HR environment this organisation has strong values, dedication and a passion for what they do.
Reporting to the Finance/Administration Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Processing end to end fortnightly payroll for 260 employees
- Assist employees with payroll issues and enquiries
- Maintaining up to date information of employees as well as creating new employee payroll files
- Calculating and processing termination pays
- Generating pay reports as required by management
- Generate month end reports
- Process month end payments accurately and on time
- Maintain up to date information of employees in super clearing house
- Ad hoc administrative duties
To be considered for this role, you will be a corporate, experienced individual in the realms of payroll. You will have the ability to work autonomously and within a team, bring strong attention to detail, initiative and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
