About the role
The Assistant Accountant will form an integral part of the BSA | Maintain operational finance team. The team supports the financial control and reporting functions of the BSA Group.
Responsibilities include :
- Preparation of month-end financial reports and variance analysis
- Assisting with weekly cashflow forecasting
- Collection of debt
- Management of fixed assets
- Providing administrative support as required

Skills and experience
- Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance and or a related discipline
- Enrolled or currently completing a CA/CPA
- Experience in a full function AR or debt collection role is highly desirable
- Technical services or related field background is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to continually learn and develop your skills
