The Company
My well-known Australian client, aleader in their field is requiring the services of an experience Systems Accountant with a comprehensive knowledge of Oracle to join on an initial six month fixed term contract.
The Role
Reporting into the Systems Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the design, build and implementation of new management reports, as well as maintaining existing management reports in Oracle
- Be first contact for all Finance Systems queries
- Liaising with finance teams to understand and document management reporting requirements
- Providing advice on new system/database changes and how this affects data, reports and reporting systems
- Working as the bridge between IT and finance to solve issues relating to existing and newly released management reports
- Identifying areas of improvement and initiatives for reporting procedures
Your Profile
To be considered for this immediate start you will have the following:
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle ERP
- CPA/CA qualification is deisrable
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
