AXR have been retained to search for a motivated Senior Audit Manager who has the desire and aptitude to become a Partner.

This well established Chartered Firm has 10 Partners, 80 staff and is firmly respected in the NSW region. It is part of a Top 15 National and International Firm.
The culture is highly focused on People, Training, Client Service, Respect and Trust.

The Audit practice has 3 Partners and 25 staff, with one of the Partners looking to retire in the next couple of years. As such, this opportunity presents as an avenue to become an Equity Partner.

• Client Portfolio includes NFP, Education, Local/State Govt., Health, Commercial Services
• Quality Audit processes and files
• Client engagement and consulting
• Mentor, develop and manage a motivated Team

You will have a strong Local background within Audit, be CA/CPA qualified and have engaging management skills. You will be motivated to join a Firm that is growing and empowers its staff.
