Growing well known Gold Coast firm that pride themselves in the quality of their work and client satisfaction. There are longstanding relationships in QLD and NSW as well as other areas of Australia and Internationally. Due to the strength in acquiring and retiring clients this new position has come about.
At the Senior level you will be given autonomy to create and develop relationships with clients who have turnovers up to $100M. Some of these clients have international operations and overseas offices and factories, particularly in Asia and NZ.
A small team of Junior and Intermediate Accountants are available to support you in servicing your client portfolio and take away the compliance component.
While business development isn’t a requirement, if you have a nature flair for this or receive referrals from your positive client relations you will benefit from a bonus system that is in place for new clientele.
In addition another bonus scheme is in place that financially rewards you when you achieve your individual KPIs.
Socially this team is very down to Earth. The Partners like to get involved and will take you and the team to lunch every Friday as well as sit down and have a drink and casual conversation in the afternoon.
Over 4 years of experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier environment with exposure to Division 7A, CGT and small business enterprise is required. You will be close to or have completed the CA or CPA program.
