The Finance & Admin Manager is the most senior finance role in the Australian operation and together with the General Manager, National Sales Manager, Technical Manager and Production Manager comprise the Australian management team.
Founded 23 years ago the Australian operation has a niche product range supplying the agricultural sector via its manufacturing plant in Adelaide and outsourced manufacturing in Victoria & NSW.
A network of wholesalers/agents with national presence provides access to target markets and opportunities for gaining market share and momentum with new products.
The Finance & Admin Manager will be a key support to the General Manager in the assessment and implementation of strategic initiatives and ensuring the business has the administration systems and structure to manage the growth expected over the next 5 years.
Experience leading a small finance team is a key selection criterion as is the demonstrated capability to support a GM implement strategies to drive business growth.
Monthly reporting to the US based parent is an important aspect of the role, including discussions with the USA head office accounting team to review the results.
This role provides the opportunity to make an impact in a growing business as an important member of the Australian leadership team by providing insight, advice and financial analysis as required.
It is essential that you have completed post graduate Accounting qualifications (CA, CPA or CIMA) and have at least 5 years experience in leadership roles.
