FIXED TERM CONTRACT ROLE

OUR CLIENT:

Our client is a leading and highly regarded Oil and Gas company based in CBD. They are renowned for applying the highest standards of quality and integrity in all of their services. They are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader to join their team of professionals.
  
THE ROLE:

• Ensuring that all suppliers and internal queries are responded to in a timely manner.
• Support the Accounts Payable team to achieve their tean KPI's
• Assist with training the Accounts Payable Officers
• Accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices.
• Monitoring the Accounts Payable team timetables and ensuring payment deadlines are met.
• Weekly reports.
• End to end Accounts payable.

  
THE CANDIDATE:

• Minimum 4 years experience in a Lead Accounts Payable position.
• Experience using the system Oracle 12.2 within Accounts Payable is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High command of the English Language.
