This is an outstanding opportunity to look after the internal accounting function of a highly reputable building services business based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. This is a fabulous opportunity to have work/life balance, using your existing accounting and bookkeeping skills, working part-time (three days per week) with flexible hours. You will work in a friendly and experienced team where strong work ethic is valued.

Responsibilities:
Your role will include:
- Accounts payable, including processing of daily supplier invoices, weekly supplier payments and supplier reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- BAS preparation
- Month end processing
- Adhoc administrative tasks as required
- Additional hours may be required occasionally, as well as some holiday cover for other staff
It is essential that you have:
- Solid accounting or bookkeeping experience in a similar role
- Relevant qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on and positive approach to work
- Strong data and analysis skills
- Job costing experience is preferred
- An ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
- Experience with working across a varied range of accounting systems, MYOB preferred but not essential
- Experience with Microsoft Office
