Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Clerk, A/R Clerk - Simplified Labor Solutions has an immediate need for an Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables Clerk to work at an office in NSW.
This is a part-time opportunity where you will earn $35 an hour, to start.
As an Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables Clerk you will be responsible for all accounting related tasks. You will also be:
• Managing EDI transmissions, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Completing monthly accounting reports.
• Assisting the Operations Manager with vendor and customer service tasks.
• Completing general front office tasks, as needed.
• Financial
To qualify for this position, you must have:
• A minimum of three (2) years of accounts receivable and accounts payable experience.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Excel and other office applications.
• Knowledge of MAS90 & QuickBooks is a plus. We will train you.
