WHOLESALE COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR TWO EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTS & ADMIN ALL ROUNDER ....FRIENDLY SMALL TEAM,CBD , GREAT OPPORTUNITY....
POSITION SUMMARY
To meet the business' needs by bringing your knowledge of Accounts knowledge & Skills of administration. Also good command on language to convince Clients for Sale & Collection.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ACCOUNTS ADMIN STAFF
Accounting person should have ;
Payable, Receivable & Payroll Knowledge as this is very small functions but covers all aspects of bookkeeping.
• Entering Sales, & Purchases
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Review and chase accounts receivable
• Answering client inquiry
• Month end accounts & Stock Taking.
• Addhoc accounting duties
TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN BUT BASIC MYOB KNOWLEDGE IS ESSENTIAL.
ADMIN PERSON WILL NEED FOLLOWING BASIC SKILLS ;
• Provide support & assistance in Reception.
• Typing of letters and simple reports to clients
• Filing of any sort
• Management reporting
• Telemarketing calls
• New Client Building
• Running Errands, (Banking, Postage)
• Answering customer query & giving prices and follow up any quotes.
• Adhoc jobs
POSITION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• At least 2-5 years experience in a professional office environment
• Proven experience with a busy multi-line telephone system
• Must have at least 1 year experience with MYOB
• Sound knowledge of general administration processes
• Proven experience in customer service
• Honesty, Maturity and responsibility
