The Client
Our Client is a leader in the telecommunications industry throughout Australia. With continuous growth and investment, they are going through an exciting period of growth and transformation.
The Role
Due to company growth they are now on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Recievable Manager to manage their medium sized team with day to day running of the team and operations
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a medium sized team of 4 - 5 employees
- Manage the day to day operation and performance of the AP & AR Team
- Provide accurate and timely accounts payable & accounts recievable to key parties to ensure the right business decisions are made
- Ensure End of month accruals and cut of times are met each month
- Improve processes
- Assist with system implementations and improvements, drive change and implement best practice
Experience Required
- Previous experience in managing a team in shared services
- Previous experience working in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think out side of the box and create solutions
