Reporting into the MD and working alongside one other in general accounts and administrative tasks, we are seeking a dedicated professional who is looking to set foundations and grow with the business for the long-term - we therefore require demonstrated longevity in previous roles.
Description
- Full-function accounts payable and receivable
- Collection of overdue payments
- Assisting with accounts enquiries
- Weekly and monthly payroll
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with BAS and month end process
- Regular and ad hoc reporting and commentary to management
- Organising travel, local and international
- General administrative and office coordination duties
- Maintaining excellent relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- A range of ad hoc tasks as required
Profile
- Demonstrated longevity in a similar role within a small business environment
- Experience within other industries to bring a fresh set of eyes
- A great attitude and willingness to assist in diverse tasks
- Efficient with high attention to detail and accuracy
- A confident communication style with strong negotiation skills
- An eye for the continuous improvement of processes
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to quickly pick up new systems
