Client Details

Reporting into the MD and working alongside one other in general accounts and administrative tasks, we are seeking a dedicated professional who is looking to set foundations and grow with the business for the long-term - we therefore require demonstrated longevity in previous roles.

Description

  • Full-function accounts payable and receivable
  • Collection of overdue payments
  • Assisting with accounts enquiries
  • Weekly and monthly payroll
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with BAS and month end process
  • Regular and ad hoc reporting and commentary to management
  • Organising travel, local and international
  • General administrative and office coordination duties
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • A range of ad hoc tasks as required

Profile

  • Demonstrated longevity in a similar role within a small business environment
  • Experience within other industries to bring a fresh set of eyes
  • A great attitude and willingness to assist in diverse tasks
  • Efficient with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • A confident communication style with strong negotiation skills
  • An eye for the continuous improvement of processes
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to quickly pick up new systems
