Trident Plastics is located in the western suburbs of Adelaide is looking for a qualified payroll officer on a part time role(Monday and Friday 16 hours) to join our growing business.

Trident Plastics manufactures in niche automotive as well as proprietary products, air conditioning and various other components.

You will be reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager and will be working closely with the accounts team.

Primary responsibilities will be to manage a payroll for over 100 employees on a weekly and monthly payroll.  Key tasks will include-

·        Control of all time clock system data

·        Prepare and audit payroll

·        Payment of weekly and monthly payroll

·        End of month payroll reports and reconciliations

·        Superannuation and payment of payroll tax and child support obligations

·        Filing

To be successful in securing this role you will need to be an experienced payroll officer with a mature and positive outlook who enjoys working within a small team.  You will have a can-do attitude, be focussed on getting the job done and happy to help others when required.  Other attributes and skills that are required are

Experience and knowledge in-

·        Wage Easy - Sage Micropay

·        Proficient in MS office

·        High level of attention to detail

·        Ability to follow processes and procedures
