Your new company
This reputable boutique CA Firm is seeking to take on board an experienced and ambitious Business Services Manager.
Your new role
This firm actively promotes regular contact with clients, not just when asked for, so they provide the role of advisers to their client base, helping them to perform better. You will spend 60% of your time managing and reviewing your team work and the rest of your time you will be running your own portfolio; advising your clients on Tax and Management Accounting matters.
Your team will be made of 5 to 7 staff, a great mix of Senior, Intermediate and admin.
Your clients will be mainly dynamic and entrepreneurs well-known companies as well as large ASX listed ones.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have completed or be studying towards their CA qualification and have experience in a Chartered Firm as a Manager for at least 2 years. As a key client contact you will have excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strong client relationships.
