The Firm
This well-established Brisbane practice is part of a national association. The firm has continued to develop internal partners and grow its exciting client base. They are full-service firm and have a focus on privately held clients. With their recent growth has come the opportunity for a senior manager to join the team
The Role
Working under 3 younger partners you will take control of the workflow for the group including a team of 11 accountants.
Your duties will include:
- Managing, delegating and monitoring workflow
- Reviewing higher level work
- Developing and training staff
- Work directly with the partners
You
As qualified accountant you will have several years experience in managing teams in other Australian accounting firms. Your love of the technical tax side and ability to manage a large portfolio of fees will be your point of difference.
