Join a Global innovation driven, fast moving consumer goods company in the role of Customer Insights analyst. This newly created role will deliver professional support services to both external and internal customers on behalf of the Key Account Managers and Territory Managers.

The company boasts with a presence in more than 60 countries globally and are currently the leader in their field.

This role requires a customer focused individual with good business acumen who will business partner with the finance, sales and marketing teams as your will have conversations around annual spending, rebates and long term incentives. You will extract raw data from SAP and cleanse, manipulate and present them in different formats to the relevant stakeholders

Duties include:

• Preparation of presentation and reports
• Reporting on customer purchase volumes. Use back order/forward order reporting to assess trends against the plan and previous year reporting
• Monitor purchase volumes
• Work with others in the business to facilitate a positive customer experience
• Ensure that areas of responsibility comply with any regulatory and compliance requirements
• Use SAP and Veeva call data to identify opportunities that benefit both the customer and the business

Skills:

• Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance
• Experience in SAP or another ERP system would be highly regarded
• Experience in working closely with the Sales teams
• Well developed commercial acumen
• Experience in a high paced working environment
