About you
For this role, we're looking for a motivated undergraduate who has ideally completed their 1st year of study and shows a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.
As part of this small, friendly team, you'll be free to demonstrate your strong accounting talents and initiative. Apart from excellent communication and presentation skills, you will:
• Be a mature, well-organised self-starter
• Be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Work well in a collaborative team environment
• Have the ability to adapt quickly to change
Your initial duties and responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable and Receivable processing, including liaising with internal and external parties.
• Bank reconciliations
• Payroll
• Transactional Accounting
• Month end and reporting activities
