Ambition are currently recruiting for a System Accountant to join a diverse, multi-national organisation on a permanent basis in the Sydney CBD. This organisation operates globally and is considered a leading player in Australia. This position offers the successful individual a vital and visible role throughout the business, acting as the lead person surrounding system usage and being project manager for the exciting initiatives this company is looking to run.
Key responsibilities in this role:
- Integration of external data through multiple sub systems into Great Plains
- Act as project manager and finance representative for projects relating to the system
- Take a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements
- Manage and assist in training for new users on the Great Plains system
- Ad hoc finance projects
The ideal candidate will be CA/CPA qualified with a highly technical mindset. This includes a strong system knowledge, ideally of Great Plains as well as an advanced understanding of Excel. Communication is key within this role as you will be the go to person globally for troubleshooting and queries that are system related. In return, you will be joining a progressive environment in an ideal CBD location.
