Our client, a large property management company are expanding into the Brisbane market and are looking to employ a commercial accountant for their brand new office.

This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accountant who is looking for a new challenge.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly, annual financial reports and statutory accounts
• Review of monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and review of cash flow movements
• Co-ordinating and preparing management reports
• Assisting with budgets and forecasting
• Lodging monthly BAS
• Assisting the Finance Manager in maintaining accounting policies and procedures
• Review weekly payroll

To be successful in this role you will require:

• CA/CPA qualification
• At least 4 years commercial experience
• Excellent communication skills

• Hospitality/ Hotels experience will be highly regarded
