With onsite car parking, and close to public transport, this Professional Services Organisation is continuing to grow and now requires an additional TWO experienced Payroll Officers for their Head Office Payroll Team.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up new starters
- Assisting with processing fortnightly payroll
- Processing annual leave, sick leave and long service leave requests
- Processing payroll adjustments
- Assisting with payroll queries via email and phone
- Award & EBA Interpretation
- Working closely with the rostering and HR teams
To be successful for this position, you will have a proven background in end to end, high volume Payroll. You will be team player, and enjoy working in a supportive team environment. You will be comfortable working to tight deadlines, working in environments with constantly moving goal posts. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. By nature you will be an investigator, proactive and have a solutions based approach to your work.
