We are currently seeking an Account Payable Officer to join our established team.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Reporting to the Financial Accountant your duties will include but won't be limited to:

  • Processing invoices from purchase orders, checking for correct General Ledger coding, GST and relevant approvals
  • Reconciliations of supplier statements to invoices
  • Manage payment schedules and batch payment runs
  • Managing and investigating queries and recharging to customers
  • Action all forms of communication including email queries and system alerts
  • General administration support - filing, copying, collating, etc
  • Other office all-rounder duties as required

Skills and experience

You will be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Naturally, you will be well groomed, have an upbeat and friendly personality, great time management skills, the ability to learn quickly and be a proficient user of Microsoft Office suite of products.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Confident knowledge in Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
  • Industry experience in an accounts payable role
  • Previous Triumph experience is desirable but not essential

Other duties and responsibilities

  • Work in full collaboration with the Administration Manager, Directors and other members of the team
  • Perform other related duties as requested
  • Contribute to build and maintain a strong safety culture
