Finance Manager - Fortune 100 - Interim Contract

This prestigious US Multinational is the market leader in their sector and an award winning employer in Australia. The organisation has enjoyed significant recent growth and expects to continue this trend both organically and through acquisition over the coming years ahead.

Working within the Australian division the Finance Manager will be responsible for maintaining the financial results for the company in terms of accuracy and integrity. This will include financial reporting, control, compliance and transactional accounting. There will also be a focus on process/systems improvements and ensuring best practice within the finance team. There is an established team that will require a proven leader to motivate them and develop their careers. 

To be considered for this role you must be CA/CPA qualified either a first mover from the profession or a finance professional from a blue chip background. You will have demonstrable financial acumen with the ability to lead and motivate teams. You will also be a passionate people manager with the ability to inspire your team to achieve. This role is an initial 6 month contract position and is a key hire for the business.
