Permanent Accounts Officer position, based in the St George area for a Global Manufacturing Company
Your new company
Global Manufacturing company are seeking a new permanent employee within their Accounts team. The successful applicant will be responsible for all-round accounting duties and will enjoy assisting other departments.
Your new role
- Preparation of data - checking invoices against the internal system
- Issuing sales invoices to overseas factories
- Preparing warranty documents
- Communicating invoices due between sites and factories
- Issue Credit notes
- Processing payments
- Assisting the Credit team with warranty payable and receivable
- Reconciliation of sales balances
- Liaise with company departments in ASIA in regards to claims and reports
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warranty Reports
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience within accounting supportive functions - AP, AR, Reconciliations
- Ability to communicate with factories, suppliers and offices overseas
- Advanced Excel
- Creating reports
- Administrative support
