We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit professional to enhance and utilise their skills and experience for a full-time permanent position based in the heart of the CBD. You will be working for an international organisation dealing with their national billings across 3 location in Australia. Reporting directly into the CFO you will work alongside a small finance team, but have the capacity to build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and clients across Australia.
The primary functions of this role include:
- Daily receipting and payment allocation
- Reconciling debtors ledger
- Collection of overdue debtors account
- Attending to clients queries and liaising with relevant internal parties
- Processing credit requests and credit notes
- Maintain strict record-keeping and management of sensitive financial information
- Assisting the CFO with financial reports and any other tasks that may be assigned
Requirements for this role include:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit position
- Strong initiative and pro-active approach required
- Strong time and self management
- Excellent communications skills and customer service focussed
