The Company:
Known globally, this organisation prides itself on innovation and only providing their customers with the highest quality products. Based near Blacktown, a rare opportunity has risen for an experienced Accounts Receivable officer with knowledge of Accounts Payable to assist the team

The Position:
Reporting to the Credit Controller, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Payment allocations, account reconciliations and claim follow ups
• Cash receipt journal and remittance payee identification
• Debt management and maintenance of credit limits
• Invoice processing, coding and accounts payable payment run
• Processing employee expense claims
• Provide excellent customer service in responding to queries, making collection calls and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
• 70% Accounts Receivable and 30% Accounts Payable

The Candidate:

• Strong proven experience within full function AR role and experience with AP
• Highly motivated and a team player
• Strong customer service focus
• Exceptional time management skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills & SAP experience advantageous
