Our client, an Australian wide Housing and Development Group is searching for an experienced Financial Controller for an immediate start. A brand boasting a pedigree of numerous significant developments, a quality product and a bright future, our client is looking to empower a future leader.
Reporting to the CFO, your role will encompass the oversight of accounting and financial departments, cash flow analysis, projections and budgets. You will have a detailed accounting background with a focus on financial, investor and legal stakeholder engagement. You will implement a hands-on approach to your role, working closely with management devising and implementing strategic direction.
Ideally you will have experience working in a similar capacity with a property related development firm or housing company, together with a relevant industry and tertiary qualification. You will have experience managing significant budgets, cash flow and strategic accounting duties. You will enjoy innovation and developing fresh ideas from a growing brand and enjoy a passion for the property industry.
