An exciting opportunity now exists to work for this leading organisation for an experienced and professional Credit Controller. South-Eastern suburbs, Arrow experience essential
Reporting to the Financial Controller the primary responsibilities for this role is to assist the Credit team with the end to end credit duties.
Responsibilities will include;
- Collection of all overdue debts
- Banking
- Allocations of daily payments
- Investigating and resolving customer queries
- Reconciliations
- Review problem accounts
- Month end duties
Candidates considered suitable for this role will have a solid background in a similar position within a high volume environment. High level of influencing skills and conflict resolution is also highly regarded.
Other personal characteristics valued by this employer include the ability to communicate clearly, have strong attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.
You must have intermediate level Excel skills and exposure to Arrow ERP system.
