Our client is a large Australian listed group that is made up of companies with brands recognised across Australia and globally. The group provide a range of products and services to both corporate clients and the consumer market and has grown organically and through acquisition. As part of an aggressive growth strategy and a recent restructure an opportunity has become available for a Planning and Reporting Manager for a flagship division.

Reporting to the Head of Finance the role will be responsible for managing the team that are responsible for the forecasting, budgeting, analysis and planning process for a multibillion dollar business. The role will be heavily involved in engaging with the group executive as well as divisional heads driving performance an influencing and supporting commercial outcomes. The role will be heavily involved in identifying growth opportunities and improving performance across the business.

The successful candidate will be CPA/CA qualified and have a proven background in large corporates with a matrix structure in financial leadership roles. You will be a proven people leader with exceptional coaching, mentoring and engagement skills. The role will require the candidate to have a high attention to detail and faultless written and verbal communication skills.
