Our south eastern dealerships have been providing dedicated sales and aftersales support for our growing Mack and UD customer base in the area since 2007. Our team of loyal and experienced staff are focussed on delivering and keeping our customer’s vehicles on the road, where they should be.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Reporting to the Branch Accountant, you will be a detail-orientated professional who is focused on delivering results in a timely manner.
- Managing customer accounts in relation to accounts receivable
- Distributing invoices, statements and reminder notices
- Daily Banking / Receipts
- Credit Control
- Assisting customers with invoice queries
- Systematic follow up on outstanding overdue debts
- Remittance allocation and data entry
- Reconciliation
- Month End Reporting
Yours skills and experiences
- 2-3 years similar experience
- Excellent Microsoft skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to follow set procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
