The Role

Taking care of the entire Departments fortnightly payroll cycles will require you to manage and control each employee’s entitlements such as leave, superannuation, pay and personal information in accordance with the relevant legislation, policy, procedures and guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate employee entitlements and process payroll tasks within SAP system is desirable however the capacity to quickly learn SAP and other systems quickly and competently is essential.
• Maintain accurate client details in payroll system.
• Respond and answer straightforward payroll enquiries.
• Perform straightforward pay audits to determine over or under payments.
• Provide support for general daily administrative tasks.

Your experience and skills

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have a demonstrated experience and understanding in the following areas.

• Experience in payroll administration ideally using SAP.
• Hold a baseline clearance or be prepared to undergo process for baseline clearance.
• Have processed high volume payroll in a previous role before (500+ Staff)
